Philosophy of Treatment:

Injuries are not only physical, but emotional and behavioral. I believe that you cannot reach your full potential in physical therapy without first understanding what is causing your symptoms/dysfunction. Education on your specific condition is crucial to returning you back to activity. I do not believe that one type of therapy or one technique is the "end all" treatment. Instead, I treat using a varied background in orthopedics, neurorehab, biomechanics, and experiences I have picked up over the years. I am most happy when you leave each session feeling better or having learned something new about your condition.
