I listen to the individual's experience in their body. I make specific treatment plans to assist clients with chronic pain and reduced mobility. Using a range of deep tissue and myofascial release techniques, my patients are able to gain back range of motion and experience a decrease in pain that is caused by tension and trigger points in muscles.
